Challenge: Test proof-of-concept for e-learning module to help physicians develop skills to overcome healthcare disparities.
Solution: Test key portions of online course with target learners using talk-aloud protocol. Administer SUS (system usability scale) to measure the usability of the online course. Debrief after test-taking exercise to gather insights on relevance of content to physicians.
