Prototype and iterate
Challenge: Add new features to meet user needs while preserving the best of current tools.
Solution: Gather information on target users during field visits to insurance broker offices. Redesign existing tool rather than add a second tool, thus sparing cost and streamlining user experience. Create working prototype in Axure to communicate interactivity and test with target users. Reiterate the design.
