Usability test of redesign
Challenge: Determine whether redesigned website meets needs of utility customers.
Solution: Conduct usability study with target users of Seattle Public Utilities website. Create test scenarios and conduct usability test using talk aloud protocol. Analyze findings and recommend changes to improve usefulness of site to primary customers.
