Challenge: Redesign web applications to meet needs of four disparate groups of users —dentists, patients, brokers and employee benefit administrators.
Solution: Conduct contextual inquiry and informal testing of existing Washington Dental Service web applications to determine needs of target users. Use customer research to inform prototype designs. Test again to validate redesign.
